The Founder
5 surgeries.
0 excuses.
1 mission.
Jason Gardner didn't build the RINE Protocols™ in a lab. He built them in a basement, on a body that doctors said was finished.

Built from pain.
The most compelling proof that the system works is the man who had to build it to save himself.
The Athlete
A standout wrestler and football player, Jason's career was defined by heart and grit, earning a walk-on spot on a Division I football team on sheer will.
The Breaking Point
Then his body gave out. Five surgeries. A knee so destroyed that doctors told him he'd never do more than walk again. The athlete's career was over, and so, it seemed, was the body he'd built it on.
The Comeback
Jason refused the prognosis. He rebuilt himself from the ground up, relearning how the body is actually designed to move. Against everything he'd been told, he came back to pro-level lifting, pain-free.
The Method
What he discovered saving his own body became the RINE Protocols. In 2015 he founded Kinetic Performance Academy to share it, helping thousands do what everyone told them was impossible.
Since founding KPA in 2015.

The Mission
“I refused to become a burden to my family for the next 60 years. And I won't let you settle or resign yourself to a life of feeling less than either.”
Jason's story isn't about setbacks. It's about reclaiming power when others say you're done, choosing purpose over pain, and service over ego. That's why KPA isn't just another training program. It's a system built by someone who had to save himself, and now saves others.
